Thanks to Angelica, Zhamarya, Stephanie, and Regina for coming after school today for Book Club! We are going to be in Rm.228 on Mondays and Tuesdays. I am so excited because we finally started reading "Money Hungry"by Sharon Flake today! We only read 2 chapters and we are already getting into it! But we are only going to read "Money Hungry" after school and keep reading the Bluford High books at lunch on Wednesdays, so if you don't want to miss out on either book, then you need to come to both!
So...why do you think Raspberry's mom is being so secretive about her relationship with Zora's dad? What do you think Raspberry is going to do at school that day to make money?
